Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Processing includes order verification, packing, and preparing freight/shipping documents where applicable.
3) Shipping Time
After an order ships, free shipping delivery typically takes 14–25 days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier capacity, weather, peak seasons, or remote locations.
4) Freight Delivery Notes (Important for Car Lifts)
- Many lift products ship via freight.
- Delivery may be curbside unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- A delivery appointment may be required. Please ensure your phone number is accurate at checkout.
- You may need unloading capability (forklift, liftgate service if offered, or professional receiving help).
5) Tracking

6) Damaged or Missing Items
If the shipment arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Take photos before opening and keep packaging.
- If possible, note the damage with the carrier at delivery.
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video and your order number.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned or delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, additional fees may apply.
